  • A guide to tests and appointments

  • Vaccinations

  • Awareness of, and adaption to, the hormonal changes during pregnancy. Particular focus on the hormone Relaxin and how it impacts your body throughout pregnancy

  • Pelvic floor education and exercises

  • frequently asked pregnancy questions will be discussed, including common do’s and don’ts

  • Information on further antenatal education
