This is an informative and interactive class run by an experienced physiotherapist, Alle Foster is a Women's Health Physio from Bend+Mend, who has extensive experience working with pregnant women and in women’s health throughout her career.
The session will address:
Pelvic Floor Anatomy
Body changes throughout pregnancy (including common pelvic floor concerns)
Common Musculoskeletal Complaints during pregnancy and generic treatment advice
Exercise during pregnancy - benefits, modifications, precautions, abdominal separation
6 week postnatal check
Returning to Exercise after Baby
The class will be run on Level 2 in the BMA House.
