This physiotherapist-led Pilates class is designed specifically for pregnant women to support strength, flexibility, and posture throughout pregnancy.

The class focuses on core stability, pelvic floor strength and whole body conditioning, helping to reduce common pregnancy related discomforts and maintain physical function. Exercises are safely tailored to each stage of pregnancy.
